    Hi Andres,

    The voltage level in original data is in per unit system, 60 Hz, base MVA is 100 MVA. However you are free to choose what ever the voltage level in unit system you want to. I used 20 kV for all bus generator (except bus 1: 500 kV) while 500 kV for all the bus which connect to transmission lines.

    You can use these data to start to construct your own model using DIgSILENT.
